Part I Architectural Assistant - Central Guildford, Surrey

A fantastic opportunity for a driven Part I Architectural Assistant to join one of the UK’s largest independent private property partnerships in Guildford, in a role offering a great progression plan. Based in the heart of Guildford with only a short walk to the train station with direct links to central London and Portsmouth, the office is surrounded by great pubs, bars, restaurants and shops.

The successful candidate will be working for a company which has the support from one of the largest UK independent property firms which was founded over 100 years ago. With over 800 staff across their network of offices in the UK, the firm has built an enviable reputation in the field of high-end bespoke residential projects and private properties with values ranging from £250,000 up to £30 million.

Role & Responsibility

Having recently taken on a number of projects and with a significant pipeline of confirmed work, our client is now looking to recruit a personable Part I Architectural Assistant to assist on some stunning residential designs. The successful applicant will be working directly under a Senior Architect on a series of high-end residential projects. You will be exposed to various stages within projects and aided by the practice in your professional development.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 1 years UK professional experience
• General understanding of UK Building regulations
• Comfortable using AutoCAD
• Passion for high-end residential design
• Good communication and presentation skills

Salary & Package
