Role & Responsibilities

• Working on bespoke conservation, heritage and high-end residential architectural projects throughout the United Kingdom
• Developing detailed 3D visualisations supporting current projects and assisting future client presentation requirements effectively
• Supporting project delivery across all RIBA stages while assisting Project Architects with ongoing project coordination
• Producing design and technical drawings including detailed traditional joinery and bespoke architectural detailing packages
• Carrying out project research supporting conservation, heritage and classical architectural design development activities professionally
• Reporting project progress accurately to Project Architects while maintaining strong communication throughout project delivery stages
• Assisting with preparation of technical information for high-quality residential and conservation architecture project requirements

Skills & Experience Required

• Must hold a recognised Part I Architectural qualification with relevant professional architectural project experience gained
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent 3D visualisation skills across traditional or classical architectural project work
• Experience producing bespoke detailing packages for high-end residential, conservation or heritage architectural projects successfully
• Passion for classical and traditional architecture alongside strong understanding of historic architectural design principles
• Strong technical knowledge with ability to produce detailed design and technical architectural drawing packages accurately
• Excellent communication skills supporting collaborative working relationships with Project Architects and wider architectural teams effectively
• Experience using ArchiCAD would be beneficial although full software training will be provided within the role
