Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant and looking for your next role? Our client is one of the largest property groups in the UK and they now need an experienced sales consultant for their site based on the Olympic Park in London E20.

In partnership with one of the UK’s largest construction companies our client will build over 1500 new homes along with new retail, commercial and community facilities on the old Olympic Park site. The successful applicant will be joining an onsite sales team tasked with securing buyers and tenants for market sales, shared ownership and private rental lettings new homes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Present the development in the best possible light and create a warm and welcoming environment, to ensure that the experience of all visitors is exceptional
  • Maintain a ‘customer first’ ethos and outstanding customer journey to ensure that customers receive an exceptional experience. Work closely with the Customer Experience Manager(s) to ensure customer satisfaction and feedback
  • Attend events and launches, to assist with customer enquiries
  • Handle walk-in and pre-booked visits and manage telephone and e-mail enquiries to provide prospective customers with all relevant information
  • Work as a team, closely with other Negotiators and the Sales and Lettings Manager to meet sales and lettings targets
  • Assist the Sales and Lettings Manager in monitoring the local market and competitors
  • To maintain and progress accurate plot files to ensure that information and progress is kept up-to-date
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers and prospective customers, to keep databases up-to-date and relevant
  • Assist the Sales and Lettings Manager in producing weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and lettings reports

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experienced in new home sales/lettings
  • Knowledge and experience dealing with open market sales, but additional knowledge or experience of lettings and/or shared ownership transactions would be highly beneficial
  • Knowledge of London property and new homes markets as well as an awareness of current housing trends
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

What you get back

  • Salary of up to £30,000 + Commission
  • OTE £55,000 – £60,000
  • Mon-Fri working week with rotation to work weekends with time off in lieu
