New Homes Sales Advisor Job in Hackbridge, London

New Homes Sales Advisor job based in Hackbridge, London. Our client is a reputable provider of exclusive, high-quality retirement living communities. We are looking to speak to candidates from a new home sales, property sales, estate agency, lettings or retirement living sales background. The role offers a salary of up to £30,000 + £8k OTE + Bonus + 35 Days Holiday.

They are one of the UK’s largest residential development, regeneration, and property management businesses, they have around 12,000 employees, an annual turnover in excess of £800 million and over £4 billion in assets. Established for over 50 years, they provide not just buildings but sustainable communities across the private sector, assisted living, retirement and leisure sectors. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be joining a sales team of 3 plus a marketing team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service
  • Proactively follow up and and generate leads with the support of the marketing department
  • Manage enquires through telephone, walk-ins and website and arrange visits for
    potential customers
  • Use of CRM system (salesforce)
  • Administer reservations in line with company procedures, guidelines and timescales
  • Build and maintain a good reputation within the local community assisting the sales team with marketing events and information days
  • Arrange and carry out on and off-site appointments with customers
  • Oversee the entire customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion day
  • Liaise with Estate Agents, Solicitors, removal company and other professional bodies to make sure the customer journey is progressing smoothly.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experienced in property sales, estate agency, new home sales, retirement living sales or lettings
  • Demonstrable sales track record of meeting sales targets
  • Consultative and understanding sales approach
  • Ability to manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • A passion for the retirement living sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
