Role & Responsibilities

• Administer and organise project correspondence ensuring accurate document control and efficient information management across the team
• Prepare structure and maintain presentation decks using Miro and Adobe InDesign ensuring consistent visual standards and clarity
• Support the design team in gathering information and maintaining high-quality presentation materials throughout project stages
• Develop and maintain SketchUp models ensuring accuracy organisation and alignment with design intent and project updates
• Coordinate daily with external 3D visualisation artists preparing model exports reference packs and managing deliverables
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment between design development presentation output and project timelines
• Monitor deadlines and workflow ensuring timely delivery of coordinated design and visual materials across the project

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Mid Weight Interior Designer within UK workplace or commercial interior projects
• Strong SketchUp modelling skills with the ability to produce clean organised and accurate 3D models
• Proficiency in Vectorworks with confidence in producing and coordinating design information
• Experience using Miro Adobe InDesign and Photoshop to create high-quality presentation materials
• Highly organised with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good graphic eye with strong attention to detail ensuring consistent and refined visual outputs
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment managing deadlines and adapting to evolving project requirements
• Collaborative approach with the ability to integrate effectively within a large multidisciplinary design team
