Middle-Weight Interior Designer - Luxury Residential - Chelsea, London

Middle-Weight Interior Designer required to join an Architecture and Interior Design studio based in Chelsea, working on a range of prime and super prime projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Interior Designer to work directly with HNW clients to deliver exquisite projects in some of the most affluent areas in London.

Our client is a luxury residential design and development practice that has been established for over 10 years and has completed a wide range of traditional and contemporary projects across London. Having recently secured new projects they are now looking to expand their team and this role will see you working directly with a key client of theirs on a long-term residential refurbishment project near Holland Park, together with a range of other contemporary projects at various stages of the design process.

Role & Responsibilities

• Work directly with HNW clients to understand their requirements and translate their requirements to feasible designs
• Produce mood boards and schematics
• Assist with producing a range of technical drawings including joinery packages
• FF&E specification and procurement
• On-site inspections and oversee installations
• To ensure all deliverables meet the required standard and are well presented.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years’ experience working on luxury residential projects, ideally in areas such Chelsea, Mayfair, Belgravia, etc.
• Exceptional client-facing skills and experience
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Competent user of AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, EstiPC, and MS Office
• Strong hand sketching skills

• Degree or equivalent in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.

  What you get back

• Salary of £35,000 – £40,000 per annum + benefits.
