Mid Weight Interior Designer Job in Twickenham, Greater London

A Mid Weight Interior Designer job is available in Twickenham, to assist with a wide variety of high-end residential projects across London and the rest of the UK. The successful candidate will have experience working on high-end private residential and/or residential developments and must be able to work across all project stages. Strong FF&E experience is required.

This award-winning business has an established client base that is continuing to grow across all areas of the business, including interior design and interior styling. They offer a wide variety of design aesthetics to meet their clients’ requirements, so no two projects are the same. With an exciting pipeline of projects, they are now looking for a Mid Weight Interior Designer to join their design team of 10.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assisting with concept designs and client presentations and mood boards
• FF&E specification, selection, and procurement
• Producing floor plans, technical packages and bespoke joinery drawings
• Liaising with internal teams and external contractors
• Project management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years’ experience within the high-end residential sector, ideally working with private clients and developers
• Good concept development and presentation skills
• Strong FF&E experience including selection, specification, scheduling and procurement
• Interior architecture experience; ability to produce technical drawings
• Proficiency in Vectorworks/AutoCAD, Adobe suite (InDesign and Photoshop) and Sketch Up
• Experience managing budgets/costs and liaising with suppliers.

What you get back

• Salary of £32,000 – £36,000.
