Mid-Weight Interior Designer - Luxury Residential Developer - Central London

Excellent opportunity for a Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join a luxury residential property developer in SW London. With an expanding portfolio of work, my client is now looking to appoint an Interior Designer with a strong all-rounder background in luxury interior design to join their 20-strong team on a full-time basis.

Having been established for more than a decade the firm has a strong client base and has recently secured several new projects across London. They have a contemporary luxury style to their work and cover all stages of the design process from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will come from a similar background and be looking to join a successful company which is focused on the highest standard of design and can provide long-term career development.

Role & Responsibilities

• To produce a range of technical drawings, working alongside their in-house CAD technicians
• To create mood boards and design concepts
• All stages of FF&E
• Visit sites and carry out inspections to ensure projects are on track
• Liaise directly with clients throughout the design process
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and third parties as and when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years’ experience, ideally from working within a luxury design practice
• Experience working on projects from concept through to completion
• Competent user of AutoCAD, Sketchup, InDesign, Photoshop, EstiMac, and MS Office
• FF&E specification and procurement experience
• Client-facing experience
• On-site experience and ability to travel to sites.
