Role & Responsibilities
- Support projects across concept, development, technical, and delivery stages ^Produce detailed design proposals, client presentations, schedules, and coordinated technical drawing packages
- Develop interior architectural details under the supervision of seniors ^Coordinate with colleagues and senior team members throughout each project ^ Liaise with internal and external teams regularly
- Attend project sites and meetings as needed
Skills & Experience Required
- 4+ years’ of UK experience working on luxury residential or hospitality projects
- Experience working on projects from initial concept through detailed design and technical documentation
- Strong technical knowledge with proven interior architecture detailing and documentation capabilities
- Ability to work effectively within a close-knit and collaborative multidisciplinary design team
- Clear communication skills for internal coordination and client discussions
- Proficiency using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite in practice
- Valid driving licence and access to a car
Salary & Benefits
- Salary from £40,000 onwards depending on experience
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
