Marketing Coordinator Job in Manhattan, New York City

Marketing Coordinator required to join an architecture and design firm based in New York. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing within an architectural or design firm and have a good amount of experience with graphic design responsibilities. The role is offering a salary of up to $80,000 + hybrid working + 401k plan & other benefits. Immediate start available!

Established in 2005, our client has grown and developed over the years, now completing circa 140 projects a year for a range of clients, both locally and internationally; typically ranging between 5,000 – 50,000 SF. This role will see you join their design team of 15, overseeing a range of marketing activities from managing their website to assisting with pitching materials and presentations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage website content, articles and imagery
• Create and manage posts for social media sites
• Assist with RFP and RFQ’s
• Liaise with the directors to arrange company events and activities
• Graphic design
• Assist with pitching and presentation materials

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, PR, or Media
• 4+ years’ experience working on proposal and pitching materials
• 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and analytics
• Experience with Adobe Suite and Google Analytics
