Role & Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the annual marketing and communications plan across digital and print platforms
• Manage social media channels including content creation scheduling and performance optimisation
• Coordinate awards submissions tracking outcomes and supporting wider recognition strategy
• Plan and deliver internal and external events supporting brand engagement and industry presence
• Maintain brand consistency across templates collateral and all marketing outputs
• Manage website updates including news project pages and staff profile content
• Produce performance reports using analytics tools providing insights and recommendations
• Coordinate press activity photography and communications with external agencies and stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum three years experience within a marketing role in the built environment sector
• Strong digital content creation skills with proven experience managing LinkedIn and social platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign with additional skills in Photoshop Illustrator or similar desirable
• Experience managing website content systems and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
• Confidence using analytics tools including Google Analytics to monitor and report on performance
• Excellent copywriting skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in written communication
• Highly organised approach with ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently

Salary & Benefits

• Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience and marketing capability
• Hybrid working with one day per week working from home plus additional flexible days annually
