Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and shape the annual marketing plan aligning campaigns with business goals and studio growth strategy
  • Manage integrated campaigns across digital, PR, and retail channels to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support long-term partnerships and repeat business
  • Identify and develop new client opportunities within the luxury hospitality sector through targeted outreach
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels and studio outputs
  • Create compelling content including website copy, blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials
  • Maintain and update the studio website with new projects, press releases, and company news
  • Manage the content calendar, track performance metrics, and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with creative and PR agencies to refine brand positioning and external communications
  • Identify press opportunities and awards submissions to increase project visibility and industry recognition
  • Support profiling of senior leadership as industry thought leaders through targeted content and PR activity
  • Assist with photo shoots, filming, and content production to ensure high-quality visual outputs
  • Plan and promote project launches and openings in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
  • Expand the studio profile within the international hospitality sector through strategic marketing initiatives

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum three years experience in marketing roles within architecture, interior design, or creative industries
  • Qualification in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related discipline with strong academic foundation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce engaging and accurate content
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools supporting content creation and visual communication
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
  • Passion for design, architecture, travel, food, and hospitality sectors with strong cultural awareness

Salary & Benefits
