Role & Responsibilities

• Produce landscape strategies, masterplans, planting plans, and detailed hard and soft landscape designs
• Prepare LVIAs, TVIAs, viewpoints, photomontages, and EIA contributions where required for projects
• Lead planning packages including design statements, graphics, and responses to consultees
• Coordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams and external architects, planners, ecologists, and consultants
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings while supporting public consultation materials and project communication
• Carry out site appraisals, surveys, and inspections to inform project design development
• Input into specifications and tender information while supporting accurate technical project delivery
• Maintain quality, CDM, and sustainability standards across all relevant landscape project stages

Skills & Experience Required

• Degree in Landscape Architecture with postgraduate diploma or masters considered advantageous for this role
• Chartered or working towards Chartership through P2C with a strong UK project portfolio
• Demonstrable experience in LVIA and planning submissions within UK planning policy context
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS for landscape design project work
• 3D or BIM experience using Revit or SketchUp is desirable for project visualisation
• Strong visual communication, report writing, and coordination skills across multidisciplinary project environments
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to attend site inspections and project meetings
