Our client is one of the UK’s leading firms of Landscape Architects and Planners, with offices throughout the UK and a large portfolio of projects including residential, education and leisure both in the UK and overseas.
Due to a rapidly increasing project pipeline our client is now looking to expand their Hampshire based team with the recruitment of two key new members of staff.
Our client will consider making appointments at varying career levels and will consider applications from candidates who are due to complete their pathway to Charter ship this year through to candidates with approximately five years post qualification experience who are interested in moving into a Senior or Associate level role.
Our client wishes to make two appointments. The first an individual able to demonstrate particular experience in Landscape Planning, LVIA’s and the ability to conduct detailed site assessments. In the 2nd appointment they wish to appoint a candidate with excellent technical skills, experience of hard and soft landscaping, good report and technical writing skills and the ability to prepare high quality technical drawings.
With both roles it is essential that applicants are able to demonstrate confident and articulate communication skills and the ability to liaise closely with clients. An excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is also essential. The ability to work well as part of a team is also key to both roles.
These appointments represent a great opportunity to join a leading landscape practice, to work on some exciting projects and to become part of a company which has a culture of valuing and caring for it’s staff. In addition to an excellent salary the company offers 30 days holiday (+ bank holidays), a contributory pension scheme, full payment of professional subscriptions / examinations and continuous CPD. They believe strongly in a good work/life balance and ensure that no member of staff is ever required to work after office hours. Both appointments are seen as key to the continued growth and development of the company therefore my client is only interested in receiving applications from those candidates wishing to make a long term career move.
If you feel that you have the right skills and experience for this role please forward a copy of your CV ASAP to joe@hunterdunning.co.uk
