Landscape Architect job now available with a consultancy based in Bermondsey, London! This role is for an initial 2 – 3-month period with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team towards the end of the initial contract!

Our client is a specialist interdisciplinary consultancy working on projects from pre-acquisition to project completion covering all stages in the lifecycle of a property. Their core services provided are architecture, building services, surveying, and engineering.

Current projects are in the residential, education, public realm, and infrastructure sector and range from feasibility studies through to completion on site.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assisting with the Associate Landscape Architect on various projects from feasibility through to onsite
• Production of landscape design, technical and construction stage drawings
• Assisting in the delivery of projects
• Communicating with clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (ideally at least 3 years post Chartership) or confident candidates with suitable experience who are on the Pathway to Chartership
• Experience in delivering projects
• An understanding across all RIBA stages
• AutoCAD is essential for this role
• NBS, report writing (publisher), and Adobe Creative are desirable
• Experience working on residential, education, or public projects, ideally in the UK
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

What you get back

• £20 – £30 per hour
• Office based with some flexibility on hybrid working options
• 9am – 5.30pm
