Junior Architectural Technician - South East London

Due to continued success in winning projects, my client is now looking to recruit a Junior Architectural Technician to join their sociable growing team. Based in South East London, they work on a wide variety of projects from single residential houses to large mixed-use schemes to housing developments.

The role would involve shadowing the Senior Technicians so communication skills are essential. They are looking for a creative individual with good technical drawing skills to become part of the team and progress within their career.

The successful candidate will be joining a vibrant team who have a genuine love for their work and try to incorporate an element of fun in every project they do. The company has a relaxed working etiquette and real appreciation for all their staff.

Criteria:
– Minimum of 2 years UK experience
– Fluent with AutoCAD & SketchUp on Mac OS
– Excellent eye for detail
– Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policy
– Experience in either residential, education or development projects
