Role & Responsibilities

• Produce planning drawings and construction drawings to a high standard for residential housing developments
• Work as part of the dedicated in-house technical team supporting live development projects
• Compile information required for planning applications and coordinated technical submission packages
• Update standard house types while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and current project requirements
• Support technical drawing production across multiple housing schemes at different development stages
• Visit site as required to support project understanding, coordination, and technical information updates

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience working on UK residential projects within architecture, technical design, or housing development
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and their application across residential construction projects
• Skilled in AutoCAD with the ability to produce accurate drawings and technical information
• Able to use Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp to support presentation and design documentation
• Relevant BTEC, HNC, HND, architectural qualification, construction degree, or equivalent technical background
• Own transport is required due to site locations and regular access requirements
• Located in Dorset or able to relocate to the area for this office-based role
