Job Running Architect - Kentish Town, London

Our client is looking for an Architect with job running experience to work on a variety of projects, ranging from high-end residential extensions, education and commercial.

They have a diverse portfolio across a range of sectors which include stunning interiors, high-end residential, commercial, education, art spaces, and urban design. Joining a team of 4, you will have exposure and responsibilities across all RIBA stages and will be able to showcase your skills and ideas within a passionate and forward-thinking team.

Due to an increase in projects, they now require an Architect with job running experience to work directly alongside the Director on various projects in different RIBA stages. The role will be an initial 6-month contract, with the option to extend or go permanent.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working alongside the Director on various projects in different RIBA stages
• Deal directly with clients and suppliers and resolve any issues/queries
• Some contract administration responsibilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Qualified as a Part III Architect, with a minimum of 2 year’s professional working experience in a UK practice
• Experience working on projects from inception to completion with job running responsibilities
• To have an understanding of contract administration
• To have led and worked on small to medium-sized projects
• Revit is essential for this position, as Revit is used on all projects and you will initially be working from home
• Be presentable and confident with both client and contractor facing responsibilities.

What you get back

• Salary of £38,000 – £40,000.
