Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development of hospitality interior concepts translating briefs into creative and commercially viable design solutions
  • Produce mood boards visual presentations and design narratives to communicate concepts clearly to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Develop schematic designs into coordinated detailed packages ensuring alignment with project requirements and design intent
  • Prepare layouts elevations and technical drawings supporting planning submissions and construction documentation stages
  • Assist in producing comprehensive drawing packages for tender and construction maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout
  • Collaborate with consultants visualisers and contractors ensuring coordinated project delivery across all design phases
  • Attend project meetings contributing to discussions and supporting communication across multidisciplinary project teams
  • Undertake site visits assist with snagging processes and support completion documentation ensuring quality standards

Skills & Experience Required

  • Degree qualified in interior design or interior architecture with relevant academic and practical training background
  • Two to five years experience within a UK interior design or architecture practice environment
  • Ability to translate creative ideas into clear presentation materials and structured design outputs effectively
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp for design development and documentation production
  • Experience working on hospitality leisure or food and beverage projects with pub project experience advantageous
  • Knowledge of producing layouts elevations and coordinated drawing packages across design and delivery stages
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively within collaborative multidisciplinary design teams
  • Full UK driving licence preferred to support occasional site visits and project coordination requirements
