Interior Designer/Architect - London

London based design studio specialising in the luxury residential sector in the UK and abroad is looking for a Mid-Weight Interior Designer/Architect to become a key member of their small and friendly team.

This rare opportunity will offer the successful candidate the chance to work alongside the creative director managing fantastic projects from concept development and spatial planning to technical detailing and final installation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working as an all-rounder in the high-end residential sector and must be comfortable liaising directly with clients and contractors. Also required:

• A minimum of 3 years experience working as an Interior Designer/Architect in the UK
• Excellent conceptual and detailing skills
• Experience developing and producing design packages from concept through to construction detailing and specification documents
• Experience producing fixture and finish schedules
• On site and project management experience
• Good time management skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD Light, Photoshop, Sketch-up & Microsoft Office
• The ability to start ASAP would be highly beneficial
