Interior Architect (Temp To Perm) - London SW

London based design studio specialising in the luxury residential sector is looking for an experienced Interior Architect to join their boutique studio in a temp-to-perm capacity.

The successful candidate will join on a fixed term 3-month contract and will have the chance to work on fantastic residential projects from concept development through to final installation alongside the Creative Director.

Required skills and experience:

• A minimum of 4 years experience working as an all-rounder in the UK
• Excellent conceptual skills
• Experience developing and producing design packages and specification documents
• Experience producing fixture and finish schedules
• On site and project management experience
• Experience liaising directly with clients and contractors
• Proficient in AutoCAD Light, Photoshop, Sketch-up & Microsoft Office
• The ability to start ASAP would be highly beneficial
