An Interior Architect job is now available in SW London. The successful candidate will join an architecture and design practice working on residential refurbishment projects valued from £1M+. This would be an ideal opportunity for an Interior Architect or an architecturally trained individual with a passion for interiors. Salary of circa £36,000.

With an impressive client base stretching across prime areas of London, including the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, the practice has developed a strong reputation for delivering bespoke homes throughout London. This team of 14 is known not only for the impressive portfolio of projects but also for their fantastic team dynamic and friendly office environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working on all stages of interior architecture alongside architects and designers
• Producing technical packages, details and bespoke joinery for luxury residential projects
• Working on FF&E when required
• Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers and other team members
• On site visits

Required Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 3 years’ UK experience in the high-end residential sector, with a portfolio of projects across prime boroughs of London
• Excellent knowledge of interior architecture
• A background of traditional detailing (beneficial), drawing, specifications, and materials
• Knowledge and experience working on FF&E/ hard finishes
• Proven experience producing technical packages, details and bespoke joinery
• Excellent client facing abilities and experience
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• A high level of proficiency in AutoCAD
