Interior Architect Job in Hampshire

A new Interior Architect job is available in Hampshire. The successful candidate will join a team of 7, working on luxury residential projects worldwide. Proven experience within the luxury sector is essential. This is an office-based position paying circa £45,000.

With over two decades of experience developing outstanding luxury home around the world, the practice is known for their innovation and ever growing portfolio of clients. Currently working on some exceptional projects, they are looking for an experienced Interior Architect to join their Hampshire team on a permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working with the senior design team to prepare documentation for client presentations
  • Producing CAD drawings, sketches, 3D models, rendered elevations and mood imagery
  • Coordinating design proposals and development with internal and external teams
  • Assisting with the review of initial draft of drawing packages
  • Overseeing workflow and deliverables for Project
  • Attending site visits with senior team members
  • Supporting across the administrative aspects of a project (filing, suppliers sourcing, managing incoming and outgoing drawings, presentation boards, etc.)
  • Participating in internal team meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Managing own work timeframes in line with projected resource allocation and meeting wider project deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ proven experience working with an interior design/ architecture practice or developer
  • Good understanding of construction costs
  • Working knowledge of materials, suppliers and their respective costs
  • Experience working on luxury projects and liaising with HNWI
  • A good eye for design
  • Excellent technical understanding and interior architecture experience
  • Ability to use a variety of media in the development, documentation and presentation of a design project
  • Hand sketching skills would be advantageous
  • All candidates must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car.

What you get back

  • Salary of circa £45,000 DOE
  • 21 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and Christmas closure.
