Head Of Natural Capital Job in England

Head of Natural Capital job available, for a leading real estate consultancy who are now looking for someone to lead their Natural Capital offering in England. Offering a salary of between £50,000 – £60,000 + Healthcare + Hybrid Working.

With 60 offices nationwide, they have a long-standing reputation in the residential and commercial sectors, offering a multitude of services including lettings, property management, land, development, surveying, rural consultancy, natural capital projects and agency. To be considered you must be an experienced in natural capital project development and delivery, either (MRICS or CAAV). This role will involve travel throughout England and can be based out of any of their offices across England and offers Hybrid Working.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for natural capital projects i.e Rewilding, conservation, landscape scale, biodiversity net gain and natural flood management
  • Provide investment and asset management advice, to other teams and investors throughout England
  • Work closely with the heads of forestry and natural capital teams to grow the service line
  • Lead and oversee the delivery of natural capital projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A relevant degree in ecology, natural resource management, forestry, Agriculture, REALM, Environmental science or related field
  • You will be an experienced Chartered surveyor (MRICS or CAAV)
  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • Business development experience
  • Full UK Driving licence.
