German Speaking Architect - City Of Westminster, London

An award winning and internationally based Architectural practice are looking for an experienced German speaking Architect to join them on a permanent basis at their London office in the City of Westminster.

Established in 2000, this global practice has earnt an enviable reputation, specialising in a variety of sectors such as; Residential, Commercial, Retail, Civic Buildings, Master planning, amongst a selection of others. With offices located in London, New York and Accra they hold an eclectic portfolio of international projects valuing up to £600million.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be working on a variety of exciting projects through a number of RIBA stages whilst also leading projects at times. You will be expected to deliver strong designs and technical drawings whilst specifying and managing production information packages. You will be dealing with a number of international clients and will be expected to be able to speak German in particular.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years post qualification experience
• Strong design skills
• The ability to coordinate, specify and manage production information packages
• Good amount of experience in job running
• Fluent in speaking German
• Experience working on projects in Germany would be desirable
• Excellent oral and written communication skills / excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a high volume, fast-paced environment as a member of a collaborative team
• Experience working through all RIBA stages
• Strong knowledge using Vectorworks

Salary & Package:

In addition to a competitive salary ranging between £42,000 – £48,000 dependent on experience, you will also receive a pension scheme through the company.
