Role & Responsibilities

• Carry out fire surveys and assessments including EWS1 and cladding inspections across projects
• Provide technical advice to clients on fire safety systems and compliance requirements
• Liaise with project managers and engineers to deliver surveys in line with contractual obligations
• Manage project aspects including scope, programme, cost, risk, quality, and resources
• Prepare technical reports and documentation to support project delivery and compliance
• Maintain strong client relationships and support ongoing project communication
• Support continuous professional development initiatives within the team
• Ensure adherence to quality management processes and project delivery standards

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum five years experience in construction with at least three years in surveying roles
• Experience working with fire stopping systems and dry lining within construction environments
• Professional membership such as MRICS, MCABE, MIFIREE, or MCIOB or working towards
• Strong understanding of building pathology, materials, and construction methodologies
• Experience working on cladding and façade projects including EWS1 assessments
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within programme and budget constraints
• Strong communication skills to engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for site visits

Salary & Benefits

• Salary range between £48,000 and £65,000 depending on experience and level
