Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed FF&E designs covering furniture, lighting, finishes, and bespoke elements across projects
  • Produce schedules and specifications for all FF&E items ensuring accuracy and coordination
  • Manage FF&E CAD plans coordinating layouts with reflected ceiling plans and general arrangement drawings
  • Prepare technical drawings including plans and elevations for presentation and project delivery stages
  • Source, order, and manage delivery of FF&E items ensuring alignment with budget and programme requirements
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to support project delivery and installation
  • Present FF&E concepts to clients providing guidance on specification and cost considerations
  • Oversee installation and styling ensuring all design intent and quality standards are achieved

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum four years post graduate experience within residential or hospitality interior design sectors
  • Strong passion for FF&E design with knowledge of suppliers, materials, and current design trends
  • Experience producing FF&E schedules using software such as Estimac or similar tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and furniture shop drawings accurately
  • Strong presentation skills across digital and physical formats including client presentations
  • Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and project teams effectively
