An extraordinary opportunity now exists for an ambitious and talented individual to join a recently established, up and coming practice based in Soho.
Having built strong reputations with wealthy clients throughout his career, the Director and Lead Designer now has a solid pipeline of exciting and complex schemes, for which he is looking to take on at least two new members of staff on a permanent, full-time basis.
A fully qualified Architect is required to take on key responsibilities and support the Director on a variety of projects in super-prime areas of London. The initial project includes a number of works on a very famous property in Marylebone, where you will take a lead role in the detailed design and construction stages. Other projects include a restaurant and bar at Olympic Stadium, Interiors on a Mansion in Greater London and the potential refurbishment of a prestigious Government Building.
Candidates wishing to apply for the role must have a genuine interest in both architecture and interior design, alongside a background in the high-end residential sector – preferably in super-prime areas of London. You will require good knowledge of materials, and a genuine understanding of the process in order to relay information to high-profile clients.
A basic knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
The ideal candidate will be looking for an ambitious practice, with a vision to become a ‘brand’ in high-quality, high-end projects. The right person will look to embed themselves in to the firm, and will be given the opportunity to grow and progress in their career within the practice.
