The Company:-

Eloquently located on the waterfront, you will often find the Director paddle-boarding home after a successful day at the office; and nearby, the local pub provides the perfect hub for after work drinks and team celebrations. The train station is just a ten minute walk, providing direct access links to London Waterloo within 45 minutes.

The company have a backbone of high-end residential and domestic projects, accumulating in excess of 130 projects a year. These commissions range from £150,000 – £1.2million in contract value, and include extensions, refurbishments and new builds within Surrey, London and along the South Coast.

Each of their offices remain interactive with one another, using skype as a form of regular communication, and meeting as an entire team on a regular basis both for training and social events including race days, treasure hunts and fun competitions.

Their philosophy is to remain client focussed, with a strong ambition to expand the company by at least half within the next 18-24 months, and potentially spread in to new sectors and disciplines.

The Role:-

Their specialist team of Architects take complete responsibility for their own projects from design through to construction, ensuring their clients remain fully informed along the way, and you will be no different.

Being a well structured environment, the Directors conduct initial client meetings. You will then be introduced and given full responsible for leading your client through the design process, conduct face to face meetings, and ultimately take complete control of the project through to construction, including contract administration. Experience in all of these areas, and the ability to really listen to your client, is essential to this position.

You must have a minimum of 2 years experience working on projects of a similar size and value within the residential sector, and have a strong passion to be part of an exciting venture within a rapidly growing company. You should be a fully rounded, bright and client focussed individual, looking to optimise your skillset and obtain full independence with projects.
Working knowledge of ArchiCAD or AutoCAD would be a great advantage.

The Reward:-

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic salary between £30,000 – £55,000 depending on experience. You will also be entitled opt in to the company pension scheme, bonus structure, regular CPD and have your ARB/RIBA memberships paid for; in addition to all the firm’s social activities.
