Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant (Residential) – Surrey

My client is an established, successful Architectural practice based in Surrey, who work predominantly on beautiful, contemporary, high end residential projects. They are currently a small team, but have immediate plans for growth within the business.

An opportunity is available for a talented and experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The practice will soon be developing BIM strategy, and will be particularly interested to hear from candidates with previous BIM experience that can help implement it.

Candidates wishing to apply for the role should also be able to demonstrate:

• A strong background working on residential or office projects
• Exceptional all round design and technical skills
• The ability to work through all stages of a project
• Proven experience in successfully delivering complex buildings
• Capable of working on your own initiative, with little guidance
• A proven track record in problem solving
• Good working knowledge of ArchiCAD would be beneficial
