Experienced FF&E Designer - Victoria, London

Working with some of the biggest names in hospitality, this acclaimed Interior Design studio is now in the lookout for a new outstanding FF&E Interior Designer to join their creative team and design beautiful luxury hotels, bars & restaurants in the UK and overseas.

The practice specialises on bespoke interiors for the hospitality and leisure industries and is widely known for their unique and colourful projects.

Currently a team of 25 interior architects and FF&E specialists, they are looking to become a strong practice of 30 by September due to the constant increase in their workload.

Having recently won some really interesting hotel projects, they are now in the search for an experienced FF&E Interior Designer with a strong luxury hospitality background and a natural flair for design to join them.

Role & Responsibilities

Initially, this role will see you working on a 47 bedroom hotel scheme with a £4 million FF&E budget. You will work and manage the project from tender through to completion alongside an antique specialist. You will also be in charge of scheduling, ordering and organising the logistics for the final installation.
Going forward, you will be involved in a variety of bar, restaurant and hotel projects from initial client briefs and concept development through to final installation and after care.

Required Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 3 years FF&E experience
• Experience creating concept boards and layout plans
• Experience preparing full FF&E schedules, costs and specifications
• Understanding of purchasing and logistics for hospitality projects
• Proven track record successfully liaising with contractors & suppliers
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or EstiPc
• High attention to detail and excellent client facing skills
• Experience and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines

Salary & Package

This position offers a salary of £30,000 – £48,000 fully dependant on experience.
