With over 15 year’s experience on a wide range of projects across the UK and overseas, my client has built a reputation for producing exciting, contemporary architecture and interiors. Their portfolio includes apartment buildings, individual houses and penthouses, as well as affordable housing. A range of mixed use and non-residential projects also showcase their versatility. With collaborations with some of the most reputable practices in the UK, including Stanton Williams, Gensler and DSDHA, my client delivers an outstanding service and produces work of a high standard of quality. With particular emphasis on prime central London residential property, an opportunity now exists for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their London office.

Role & Responsibilities

With a particular emphasis on the technical stages, the successful candidate will be brought in to work on a number of new high-end residential projects based within the Greater London area. This role will give you exposure to all RIBA stages of a project and therefore requires someone who considers themselves an all rounder.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Confident and hands on
  • Fluent in AutoCAD and Sketch Up
  • Minimum 2 years UK experience
  • 2 years PQE Part II
  • Professional Revit experience on projects is desirable
  • An eye for good design and detail
  • Confident in post planning, developed design, technical design and construction stages
  • Confident in liaising with clients and contractors
  • Experience preferably in high end residential or luxury hotels
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Experience working on complicated existing buildings

Salary & Package

£30,000 – £34,000 DOE
