This leading multidisciplinary consultancy has around 100 staff across four offices. The team works on major residential new build, regeneration, and remedial projects. Clients include housing associations, local authorities, developers, and registered providers. Projects span London, the South East, and the Midlands.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from inception to completion while maintaining programme, quality, and client requirements
• Act as Employer’s Agent and Project Manager across multiple residential and mixed-use schemes
• Prepare Employer’s Requirements, specifications, JCT contracts, and supporting project documentation
• Oversee due diligence, surveys, pre-contract investigations, procurement advice, and contract preparation
• Attend site meetings, issue instructions and certificates, and monitor progress against agreed requirements
• Manage project delivery while monitoring programme, cost, risk, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Chair pre-contract and post-contract meetings while coordinating consultants, contractors, and client teams
• Carry out snagging, handover inspections, and monthly reporting on fees and project progress

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum two to three years’ consultancy experience in project management or Employer’s Agent roles
• Experience delivering residential, new build, refurbishment, regeneration, and mixed-use project schemes
• Strong understanding of JCT contracts and Development Agreements across construction project delivery
• Experience working with housing associations, local authorities, developers, or registered provider clients
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across clients, consultants, contractors, and residents
• RICS or CIOB accredited degree, with MRICS or MCIOB preferred or working towards
• Technical background desired for project inspections, contract administration, and construction delivery advice
