Role & Responsibilities

• Act as Employers Agent managing projects from inception through to completion across residential schemes
• Prepare employer requirements including specifications, agreements, and contract documentation
• Support pre contract investigations, surveys, and due diligence processes across projects
• Provide regular project reporting including financial updates and tender analysis
• Undertake value management and value engineering to support project efficiency and delivery
• Manage tender processes including single and two stage procurement routes
• Coordinate with project stakeholders ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
• Operate within quality management systems to maintain consistent project standards

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum two years experience within construction project management in consultancy environments
• Experience acting as Employers Agent across residential or mixed use developments
• Strong contract administration knowledge with experience working under JCT contracts
• Experience working on new build residential projects ideally within high rise environments
• Degree qualified in building surveying or related discipline with RICS accreditation
• Working towards MRICS or MCIOB professional status or equivalent qualification
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, contractors, and consultants
