A Digital Marketing Manager opportunity is now available with a leading interior design and architecture practice in London. A salary of £40,000 – £45,000, excellent benefits and plenty of room for progression are in offer for the right candidate.

An award-winning team of 70, well known for their innovative projects within the workplace industry. Their success winning new business and retaining existing clients, has put them in the forefront of their sector and is reflected in their ever-growing pipeline of projects.

With exciting plans for expansion, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join them and help them improve their online presence even further.

Role & Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Manager’s prime role is to develop a global e-commerce platform for within budget and pre-determined deadline in collaboration with the Leadership and Marketing Teams. Key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Working collaboratively with the Leadership and Marketing Teams team to execute customer centric online marketing programs
  • Identifying and executing customer engagement strategies through both existing and new forms of permission-based marketing (i.e., email, blogs, social media)
  • Devising and executing SEO strategies for the company’s website
  • Tracking effectiveness and ROI of digital marketing campaigns and report on results to Leadership Team
  • Updating and constantly adding content to website and relevant social media platforms
  • Working with the Marketing Team, generating a database of Web copy for all the company’s revenue streams which are SEO compliant for use across all digital platforms
  • Liaising with the existing network of alliance partners to drive traffic to the company’s website
  • Identifying emerging marketing trends and future opportunities to promote the brand and its services
  • Ensuring the clients path to purchase is efficient, delivering digital programs that help to influence clients on their decision journey
  • Developing, executing and maintaining strategic E-commerce and PR plan
  • Gathering client insights for use across their three intersecting revenue streams
  • Assist in preparation of annual Commercial Business Planning
  • Updating the company with Digital Marketing process and procedures
  • Developing the email database & a regular digital communication platform
  • Assisting from time-to-time with any other reasonable request from the marketing and wider team concerning areas of external communication and business development

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in ecommerce & digital marketing/social media
  • Proven positive achievement building and executing SEO campaigns
  • Experience using CMS systems to build online content
  • Good written English and copy skills
  • Outgoing personality and strong ability to multitask is a must
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
  • High level of personal and professional integrity
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; proven familiarity with Excel, Word and Adobe InDesign
  • Ability to adapt to an environment where the norm is a hands-on problem-solving approach, scarce resources and multi-tasking
  • Degree in digital marketing, communications or similar
  • Interest in design and architecture a plus

Salary & Package

  • £40,000 – £45,000 fully dependent on experience
  • Company pension scheme
  • Holiday entitlement: 20 days holiday + 3 additional days for Christmas Closure + 1 day for birthday. This increases 1 day per year after each completed year to 25 days upon 5 years’ service and then increases to 30 days upon 10 years’ service.
