Delivery Architect - Shoreditch, London

A unique opportunity has now been created for a talented and ambitious Delivery Architect / Project Runner to join a highly successful private developer on a permanent basis, based from their office in Shoreditch.

The company is focused very much on the production of high quality sustainable homes that have a positive social impact and improve the areas that they are built in. Projects include bespoke houses, high quality new builds, urban regeneration and the change of use of old industrial/commercial units. The business is dedicated to producing beautifully designed homes, using the best quality building techniques and ethically sourced materials.

Role & Responsibilities:

As the Delivery Architect you will be responsible for running project through to completion with a key focus on the technical stages, as well as other various RIBA stages, and you will be expected to produce high quality designs and details. You will be working on extremely exciting regeneration projects in the UK amongst a variety of other projects including residential, sustainable communities, commercial and mixed use.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Part III Qualified
• Experience running projects through to completion
• Must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience and knowledge of BREEAM and codes for sustainable homes
• The ability to produce drawings across a range of scales
• Strong technical and delivery skills
• Strong communication skills with all staff and clients
• Experience working on residential and sustainable housing projects

Salary & Package:

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary ranging between £37,000 – £45,000 subject to experience, a discretionary bonus and 25 days holiday per year.
