Customer Care Technician job in Leicestershire

Customer Care Technician job working for a privately family-owned housebuilder on developments in their East Midlands region. Our client is looking to speak to candidates with a multi-trade background and experience with a housebuilder.

Our client was established 50 years ago, with 10 offices across the Midlands, East Anglia, South West And North West. They are a privately family-owned business that build over 4000 homes per year across 9 regions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Providing a maintenance and repair service on new properties to the required standard
• Ensure that the quality of work provided by the sub-contractors on behalf of the Customer Care team is to a required standard
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
• Paying due care and attention whilst working in the homes of customers, ensuring it is left in a clean manner when finished
• Communicate progress and update clients at all times regarding current works
• Undertake any additional tasks when required to
• Abide by company policies at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

• Multi-trade background is essential
• Experience with a housebuilder is an advantage
• Full UK Driving license is essential.
