Customer Care Office Manager Job in Norwich, Norfolk

Customer Care Office Manager job available, working for one of the biggest housebuilders in the UK. Our client is looking to speak with candidates who have experience in Customer Care, preferably within property. The successful candidate be supporting the office coordinators, and the management team. For this role they are offering a salary of up to £35,000 + 25 days holiday.

Employing over 4,000 people and building over 13,000 homes a year, makes our client one of the biggest in the UK. They are now looking to add a Customer Care Office Manager to their busy team in East Anglia.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that inspection appointments have been managed and recorded
  • Ensure all team members answer incoming calls promptly and effectively, logging all issues through specific software to maintain the highest level of service
  • Abide by all company Health & Safety policies
  • Act in line with responsibilities that mirror the companies Health & Safety policies
  • Ensure compliance throughout the team to promote safety in the way projects are built.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous Customer Care experience in the new-build sector
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Full UK Driving License.
