An opportunity to take on the role of Customer Care Manager with a growing and award winning residential developer specialising in unique heritage projects.
Trading in the UK for over 50 years and with sites throughout the country this family run development company is looking to appoint a Customer Care Manager for a role based on site based in Midhurst, West Sussex.
The successful candidate will be joining a marketing leading company specialising in the acquisition, restoration and conversion of historic and listed buildings, working on a 400 unit site based in rural West Sussex.
Role & Responsibilities
To be a dedicated client point of contact on site
Manage client visits to site
Dealing with property defects
Liaising with onsite contractors
Management of small team
Working closely with clients from exchange through to end of warranty
Providing house demos to clients
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience working in a similar role for a housing developer
A good technical understanding and knowledge of construction
An ability to effectively communicate with clients, internal teams and contractors
Be a natural problem solver who will go above and beyond to get task achieved
Salary & Benefits
Circa £35,00 + Car Allowance, Pension, Healthcare and Bonus
