Customer Care Coordinator Job in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

2 Customer Care Coordinator jobs available, for a top 10 UK housebuilder, based in Peterborough. Our client is looking to speak to candidates with experience in Customer Services and property. For this position, they are offering a salary of up to £26,000.

Employing over 4,000 people and building over 13,000 homes a year makes our client one of the biggest in the UK. They are now looking to revamp their Customer Care team in the East Midlands.

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate remedial works in line with team SLAs whilst delivering a high quality of customer service
• Deliver all tasks in accordance with company policies and processes
• The role of Coordinator will be reporting into the Customer Care Office Manager or Head of Customer Care
• Handle all incoming communications from customers, whilst acting professionally at all times
• Maintain relationships with Contractors and Operatives, and monitor the progress of works
• Provide Administrative support when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Customer Care
• Property experience would be advantageous
• Literate in IT
• Full UK Driving License.
