Customer Care Coordinator Jobs in Leeds, Yorkshire

Three Customer Care Coordinator jobs now available, to join a leading regional housebuilder, based out of their Head Office in Yorkshire.  There are two permanent roles and one 12-month FTC. Our client is looking to speak to candidates who have experience in property and customer care. These positions are offering a salary of up to £26,000.

Our client is a regional leading construction company that build luxury homes across Yorkshire and the North Midlands. They are now looking to add to their busy Customer Care team to cover developments in Yorkshire.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer, and issue handling through reporting, making sure all records are updated to provide accurate information
  • Coordinate the scheduling of Operatives diaries
  • Maintain complaint spreadsheets and provide weekly updates
  • Report and work closely with the Customer Service Manager
  • Acknowledge and correspond with complaints within agreed timescales
  • Be professional with internal, external staff and customers.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience of working in new build sector
  • Experience in Customer Services
  • Full UK driving license.
