Customer Care Coordinator Job in Ipswich, Suffolk

A Customer Care Coordinator job is available, working for the largest privately-owned housebuilder in East Anglia. Our client is looking for someone who has experience in new build homes and customer care, to come join their team in the Suffolk area. The role is offering a competitive salary.

Building over 1000 homes per year, our client is recognised as the largest privately-owned housebuilder in East Anglia and is also one of the largest suppliers in affordable homes throughout the region. They focus on building exceptional new-build homes in sought-after locations. Our client is looking for a Coordinator to join the team at their head office in Suffolk.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deal with all incoming calls, post and emails that relate to Customer Care
  • Validate complaints and resolve all problems quickly and efficiently
  • Seek direction and assistance if required when dealing with complaints
  • Co-ordinating the Customer Care Operatives, suppliers, and sub-contract trades to resolve any issues and make appointments for attendance that coincide with diaries
  • Check and ensure work have been carried out to the purchaser’s satisfaction
  • Update and maintain all records using Coins
  • Bring any faults and complaints to the attention of the Customer Care Manager or Head of Customer Care
  • Process 21-day defect reports and liaise with the site team
  • Attend all meetings that may be necessary in the performance of your duties.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Customer Service experience in an office environment is desirable
  • Experience in new-build homes sector
  • Experience in the use of CRM software
  • Full UK Driving License is essential.
