Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver cost consultancy services across residential developments from early stage through to completion
• Prepare detailed cost plans procurement strategies and contract documentation to support project delivery
• Undertake post contract administration including valuations cost reporting and final account management
• Collaborate with clients contractors and design teams to ensure accurate and coordinated project outcomes
• Support value engineering exercises to optimise project costs while maintaining quality and performance
• Assist with commercial reporting and financial tracking across multiple live projects
• Contribute to business improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the consultancy team

Skills & Experience Required

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline supporting technical understanding of cost management
• MRICS qualified or actively working towards APC completion within a professional consultancy environment
• Experience within cost consultancy or client facing quantity surveying role across residential projects
• Strong understanding of cost planning procurement and contract administration processes
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage effectively with clients and project stakeholders
• High attention to detail with strong numeracy and quality assurance capabilities
• Well organised with ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities across project workloads

Salary & Benefits

• Salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience and project responsibility level
