Contract Interior Architect / Technical Designer - SW London

A new contract opportunity is now available for a Mid-Weight Interior Architect/Technical Designer to join a creative design studio specialising in bespoke high-end residential projects is in London.

Widely known for having one of the best working environments in the industry and for their spectacular portfolio of projects, they are now looking for a like-minded individual with strong technical knowledge & skills to join their close-knit team on a 3 month contract.

You will be a proactive, able to work both individually and as part of a team and confident enough to develop design packages, technical detailing and joinery drawings for bespoke projects to the highest quality.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience working on luxury residential projects
• Experience producing design packages through to construction detailing & specification documents
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Proficiency with Vectorworks

The successful candidate will be joining a creative group of designers and architects in their beautiful offices.
