Contract Architectural Technician, Winchester – Hampshire

Our client is a large, established and multi award winning architectural practice based in Winchester. Their work spans across many sectors including residential from high-end private houses through to large master planning projects of 5000+ units as well as commercial and historic buildings.
Due to a major new project they have a requirement for an Architectural Technician to join them to work on the master planning stages of a project on an initial contract of 2 to 3 months.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate would be working directly under the head of the project delivering key detail and construction packages on a large residential project.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven ability to deliver key detail and construction packages
A minimum of 1 years UK experience
Working proficiency in using ArchiCAD is essential
Experience working on all residential project types, particularly large scale developments would be preferable
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and British Standards
Ability to hit the ground running.

Salary & Package

The role would offer a salary of £14 – £17 per hour depending on experience.
