Contract ArchiCAD Architectural Assistant / Architect / Technician - SE1, London

Are you a fluent ArchiCAD user looking for a short-term contract of 3-5 weeks? A specialist in high end residential and bespoke retail design, my client now seek a Part II/Part III or Technician to work a short contract with them, focusing on the alteration of project drawings.

Role & Responsibilities

• Work on a small-scale bespoke retail project
• Alter drawing packages
• Use ArchiCAD 2D and 3D daily
• Work efficiently to a tight deadline

Required Skills & Experience

• Available to start immediately
• Educated as a Part II/ Part III Architect or Architectural Technician
• Fluent use of ArchiCAD to a professional standard, in both 2D & 3D is essential for this position
• Demonstrable experience of ArchiCAD use over the last 2 years
• Comfortable amending drawings
• Able to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy
• Experience working on high end residential or bespoke retail project would be beneficial
