An opportunity for a Construction Manager to join an established and highly successful property development and management business.

Operating in the UK since the 1950’s, our client is a privately owned business developing and managing properties within the residential and commercial sectors. Due to continued and planned growth, our client is now looking to recruit a Construction Manager with a background of building out residential schemes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a number of new build sites in Surrey ranging in size between 5-20 units, with project values ranging between £650k-£5million.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver construction projects through the entire project lifecycle
• Management of the group’s Supply chain in the delivery of Project works
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Ensure assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget and to the Client’s satisfaction
• Provide clear and concise reporting to Management and the Client
• Co-ordinate in house design and construction teams and sub-contractors to complete the construction process

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in managing medium sized residential construction schemes
• Experience in Project management and the delivery of projects from inception to completion.
• An excellent understanding of the principles and methodology of managing projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients and employees
• Ability to manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities

What You Get Back

• Salary of £60,000 – £75,000
