Chartered Senior Landscape Architect - Edinburgh / Glasgow

Our client is currently recruiting for a Senior Landscape Architect for either their Edinburgh or Glasgow offices.

The successful applicant with be fully chartered with experience of working on all RIBA and Landscape Institute recognised stages from A – L including statutory approvals and delivery of projects from design to implementation. You will also have considerable experience of managing a range of project teams and the associated financial and resource planning for individual projects.

Our client is looking for someone who, in particular, has technical and delivery experience.

Other specifics for this role are noted below: –

• MLI status desirable
• Landscape Architecture Part III Qualification or LI recognised qualification
• Post Graduate Degree in Landscape Architectural or Urban Design Studies
• Experience of Autocad or similar
• MS Office to intermediate standard
• Experience of Photoshop, 3D packages and Sketchup
• Experience in OJEU tendering process and the preparation of fee proposals
• Established interview and verbal presentation skills
• Established industry contacts essential.
