Role & Responsibilities

• Support CDM Principal Designer duties across commercial hotel and mixed-sector construction projects
• Assist with design risk reviews and contribute to project compliance activities
• Work closely with senior team members to develop technical CDM knowledge
• Review project information and help identify foreseeable health and safety risks
• Attend meetings with project stakeholders and provide practical safety input
• Support preparation of reports documentation and project related deliverables
• Contribute to maintaining compliance with relevant construction health and safety requirements
• Develop professional expertise through project involvement and structured learning opportunities

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum two years construction experience within a relevant built environment setting
• Knowledge of health and safety principles within construction project environments
