CAD Technician – Barnet, Hertfordshire

My client, a practice of six based in Barnet, deliver high quality bathroom pods, in residential/student and hotel bathrooms.
They have a unique design approach, ensuring all items created are bespoke and constructed to stringent high-quality standards. The practice ensures they exceed environmental standards and use state of the art materials to create bathroom solutions which cannot be replicated by traditional on-site manufacturing.

Role & Responsibilities

We have a diverse and expanding workload in residential/student and hotel bathrooms and are seeking a team member- who has good time management skills in order to organise their own workload, is proficient in CAD, all Microsoft Office applications and has an excellent eye for detail.

Required Skills & Experience

•Be technically proficient in CAD, 3D Software and Microsoft Office applications to provide high-quality client documents for presentation purposes.
•Have a good understanding of general drawing office systems and procedures.
•Excellent communications skills with high standard of written and spoken English
•A good understanding of construction, especially bathroom and M&E and appreciation of detail for a wide range of building styles and materials used.

Salary & Package

The position will be a six month probation period with a view to going permanent for the right person and the salary offered for this position will be circa £20,000 – £24,000.
